500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training India – Daily Schedule
In Accordance with the guidelines of the Yoga Alliance, 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training program follows a daily packed schedule which includes almost 6 to 7 training hours per day. The day begins early around 5:30 with mediation followed by yoga poses, anatomy classes and Chanting and pranayama which are an integral part. The food includes 2-3 yoga meals, green tea, fruit refreshments etc.
» Yoga Therapy: The Yoga helps in dealing with some of the common diseases. In This class the students will be taught pathology and anatomy of general health issues and how correct diet and practice of asanacan cure the problems.
» Asana: Practising the postures forms three to four hours of daily schedule. In the Morning asanas that are related to the yoga therapy are practiced and in the evening asanas which the students will later teach to the 200 hour students are taught the modified postures of the Ashtanga Yoga in sequence is practiced from third week.
» Yoga Anatomy: Students will be taught anatomy and physiology which is important for yoga in order to gain in depth understanding of classroom explanations, corrections of asana.
» Pranayama, Yoga Nidra Yogic Breathing and Chanting: The Students will be made experts in these practices so as to become ideal teachers in future.
